The regulations also require that it is prohibited to discharge, stack, or dispose of waste or other toxic and harmful substances within the protection scope of the wolfberry base. It is forbidden to build new projects that pollute the soil, water quality and atmosphere within 3 kilometers of the protected area of ​​the organic wolfberry base and within 5 kilometers of the dominant wind direction. The pollution projects that have been completed shall be rectified or relocated within a specified time limit in accordance with the law.
